Choose and exhibit 3 items from the following list:
1.  Floral Art
2.  Plate of vegetables, same quantity as schedule.  Not potatoes.
3.  A 454 gramme jar of preserves.  May include jam, honey or marmalade.
4.  A mounted photograph - A garden subject
5.  Baked item, savoury
6.  Baked item, sweet
7.  Item of handicraft, any kind
8.  Potted plant flowering, ornamental or foliage
9.  Plate of 5 apples or pears
10. Vase of flowers,5 stems, one cultivar

Exhibit should be worked by at least 2 persons.  Table space 2 feet/610 mm width.
Each item or plate will receive a maximum of 10 points with a further maximum of 10 points for presentation.
Accessories may be used but are not provided.

Covers will be provided for the following classes

30. Dorset Apple Cake - Recipe must be followed:
Ingredients: 225 g Butter, 4 Large Eggs, 25 g Cornflour, 225 g chopped Bramley Apples, 225 g Caster Sugar, 250 g Self-Raising Flour

Method: Cream the butter and caster sugar together in a bowl.  Add the eggs, flour and cornflour and mix well.  Fold the apple into the mixture and pour into a well-greased cake tin (18 cm in diameter).  To decorate the cake cut unpeeled slices of apple and soak in lemon juice , then arrange in a circular pattern on top of the cake and dust with soft brown sugar to make a crusty glaze.  Bake in the oven at 170C/Gas Mark 3 for about 75 minutes.
